Too bad Core GPA doesn't mean anything. Damn. I need to work harder. I can't believe I got an A- in French. That was the easiest class ever.

...Ten to go.

Spring Break

I am back in Vero. This is going to be a week of complete relaxation. I have no obligations whatsoever until I get back to school, and it is amazing. And I have a house! Wow! With free laundry and clean bathrooms and no weird neighbors (coughMattcough) and A BATH and A CAR and Taco Bell and good books and Law and Order SVU marathons and LaTeX and my puppy and just generally fun stuff.

If you are in Vero you should probably call me.

P.S. My mom and I were hit on by some "professional athletes" when we stopped for dinner tonight. Pretty funny.

74?

Weather.com says it should get up to SEVENTY-FOUR DEGREES on Tuesday. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE.

Today was so absolutely gorgeous. In the 50s I think. It was so wonderful to wear short sleeves and flip flops again.

I'm pretty sure there was a time when I thought 50s were sweatshirt weather. That's weird.

And yeah, even otherwise, life is good.

Math

This problem set is terrible. I feel like I'm comp sci again. I just can't do any of it.

I have been okay on all the other problem sets. There were always some questions that would just be impossible, but the rest would be feasible. But this is just crazy. I can't do it. I just really hope that in June I will look back and say, "Wow, I must have been really dumb. That's really easy." If not, it means I will not have made it through my first quarter of analysis.

Also, apparently it's pretty rare to start analysis in your first year. I must be pretty badass. Or I should switch to being a linguistics major.

End of Winter

I am okay. It is starting to warm up. Sort of. I mean, still in the 30s, but better than the 10s.

I really want to do something interesting with this site. It's so boring. I will do something over break, probably.

So I am putting off a paper on Emily Dickinson and Adorno at the moment. That is due tomorrow, I have a problem set due Friday, and then a French final and concert Monday and math final Tuesday. I am coming home Wednesday. Woo-hoo.
