Couldn't Decide

I got offers from both Teach for America and UTEP.

I couldn't decide what to do.

Then I realized...I got offers from both Teach for America and UTEP...

...it must be a dream.

I woke up.

"I Haven't Met Him Yet"

So I went home for my step-sister's wedding, and when my mom picked me up from the airport she asked if I noticed anything different about her. I told her I didn't and she shouted, "look at my finger!!!" She had gotten married.
I said, "Oh, is this the sailing guy? Or the one who can't smell? Or are they the same person?"
"No!" she said. "I haven't met this one yet."

Sleeves

Lauren finished both sleeves of her Vivian. She was attaching them to the body, and at the same time converting it from jacket to dress. She's a very talented knitter apparently.

Then Aaron Franke came up and hung out with us.

Made it in Time

I got in this horrible horrible car crash when I was in a bus. We flew over Lake Michigan. Except we flew so far, we landed, well, on land. On a college campus actually. I knew it wasn't UChicago, or anyplace I'd been before. I stood around wondering for a while until Alex Fegert came up and gave me a big hug. I had made it to Michigan in time to celebrate his (and Geordie's obviously) birthday!

Pretty

To my dear friend Upekha:

I had a dream about you last night. You cut your hair and everyone thought you were way prettier than me and I was sad and apparently when I get sad I get pregnant. But you were the only person who noticed I was pregnant because everyone else was too busy looking at how pretty you were.

At Least it's Something

I fell madly in love with an assassin. The guy also had two kids who were really sweet and he clearly loved them very much.

I thought, "well, better than nothing."

When I Don't Have Coffee for Three Days

I woke up and went to Dunkin Donuts! There were two right next to each other! One of them didn't have donuts, only strange cruller things. It's ok though. Still tasty. I went to the first and got the two donuts (except they were crullers) and a coffee special. Then I went straight to the second one and got the same special but with real donuts.

Yay for coffee!!!
